I stayed here for a couple of nights, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The air conditioning in the room was a blessing during the heat wave. Pro tip, bring your own coffee, as the coffee maker lacks supplies!

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Manuel Doblado Theater and enjoyed the Bicentennial Theatre. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was modern. Just a heads up, the area felt safe for evening walks but I wouldn’t stroll around too late. take a taxi instead.

One thing that bugged me was that the internet connection was spotty throughout our stay. I had to rely on my mobile data most of the time.

A comfortable stay in a central location, ideal for exploring the captivating colonial architecture. The shower in my room was adequate, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Pizza was a highlight, but I was disappointed by the lack of a bathtub and the need for better room maintenance. The scenic medieval streets made walking a joy, though parking was a challenge due to the narrow lanes.
